Submit a Claim - Claim Instructions

By timely submitting this Claim Form, you may be eligible to receive the benefit identified in the Notice and the Settlement Agreement and Release. If you also submit a request for exclusion (in other words, if you ask to “opt out” of the Settlement Class), this Claim Form will be deemed invalid.

IMPORTANT: Please read the instructions below before completing the Claim Form.

You may complete and submit the Claim Form online, or you may complete the Claim Form to mail in. You may only submit one Claim Form via one method of your choosing.

Claim Forms must be submitted online no later than September 20, 2024, or postmarked (if mailed) no later than September 20, 2024. To be valid, your Claim Form must be complete, accurate, and timely. Your Claim Form must also include a completed attestation regarding the accuracy of the information submitted. Your Claim Form may be rejected by the Settlement Administrator if any of these conditions are not met.

If you fail to submit your Claim Form by September 20, 2024, your claim will be rejected, and you will be deemed to have waived all rights to receive a Class Benefit under the Settlement.

How to File Online:

You will be asked to provide the Unique ID printed on the Notice that you received in the mail or email. If you did not receive a Notice or have lost yours, you will still be able to file without the Unique ID. However, if your claim information is not matched back to the known list of Bumble and Badoo users, your claim will be denied.

After submitting your completed Claim Form online, you will receive an email with a confirmation code for your completed submission. Be sure to keep your confirmation email and code and refer back to them if you have any questions about your Claim Form.

How to File by Mail:

If you wish to submit a Claim Form via standard mail, you may download a copy of the Claim Form here. You will need to provide all of the information requested on the Claim Form, sign it, and date it. Then, mail it to the following address:
